  1. Perform activities to plan, design, deliver and maintain Joint Program projects to improve the technical competence of the workforce
  2. Establish partnerships within Boeing, the unions, and the external community to provide services as chartered by Boeing bargaining agreements​
  3. Act as a communications focal for the Joint Programs
  4. Communicate Joint Program products and services to represented employees, union staff, Boeing management and external organizations
  5. Partner with employees performing activities to plan, design, deliver and maintain Joint Program projects to improve the technical competence of the workforce
