Skills

Required

  • 5-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, account/project management, or startup operations
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel skills and a data-driven approach to solving business problems
  • Experience in project management, with a proven ability to deliver on KPIs and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
