This role is for a Senior Lab Clinical Consultant at Oracle, focusing on guiding clients through the design of clinical and business processes, solution workflows, and technology adoption to achieve value. The consultant will manage client relationships, provide account management and clinical subject matter expertise, and assist with change management and identifying improvement opportunities. The role requires applying statistical, research, and clinical theories to solve problems, analyzing data, and developing studies, with a strong understanding of healthcare strategy, operations, and regulatory requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for driving the client through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value.
  2. Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle's solutions.
  3. Through the use of Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.
  4. Responsible for applying statistical, research, clinical theories and methods to solve new and unique problems.
  5. Work involves using analytical skills sufficient to interpret data/ instructions with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying the relevant customer standards with some autonomy.
