What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute a talent lead generation strategy across channels - like digital email, social, paid industry programs, webinars and events and partnerships. Own the lead management process from lead capture to clean up to follow-up. You will work collaboratively with the Recruiting, Corporate Marketing and Employee Success Teams to obtain feedback on the quality of leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  2. Work collaboratively with global teams to own and execute marquee Talent Marketing events - in-person and virtual. Holistically manage projects including venue, timeline, promotional comms and execute in partnership with recruiting team, ES business partners and business leaders.
  3. Convey the fulfillment experienced in key roles, and promote Salesforce's unique strengths—such as equality and corporate culture—externally to establish a strong employer brand for Salesforce in the marketplace.
  4. Build and execute the Equality hiring strategy to attract diverse candidates from diverse communities in alignment with corporate equality & engagement goals.
  5. Measure, analyze and report on strategic campaign performance to Corporate Marketing,Recruitment and Equality & Engagement leadership in JPKT OU.

  • Talent Marketing/Recruitment Marketing or Marketing Demand Generation or marketing programs role experience (10-12 years)
