Senior/lead/principal Software Engineer, Agentforce for Supply Chain

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Seattle, WA +2

Salesforce is seeking experienced engineers for their Agentforce for Supply Chain platform, focusing on building and scaling AI-powered systems that automate supply chain processes. The role involves architecting complex backend systems, integrating with Salesforce ecosystem products, and ensuring AI agents operate accurately and reliably within human workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Diagnose and prioritize the most impactful foundational investments across the Super Agent backend, partnering with engineering leadership to sequence them against product delivery
  2. Own the hardest cross-cutting system problems, from architectural decomposition to cross-team interface design, going deep hands-on when the problem demands it
  3. Build shared understanding of system health and risk across the team, helping establish the frameworks and observability needed to make investment decisions with confidence
  4. Raise and maintain the engineering quality bar through pragmatic standards, guardrails, and team practices that prevent regressions and keep code healthy over time
  5. Architect and implement powerful integrations between the core platform and Salesforce ecosystem products, specifically Mulesoft and Flow
