Senior Lead Product Manager to drive Enterprise product strategy for Klaviyo's B2C CRM platform, focusing on unifying customer data, powering AI-driven automation, and expanding integrations for large consumer brands.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform that delivers scalability, flexibility, and enterprise-grade governance while preserving ease of use.
  2. Translate company goals into clear OKRs and roadmaps that accelerate Enterprise adoption, retention, and ARR growth.
  3. Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions.
  4. B2C CRM for Enterprise: Deliver capabilities that unify customer data across channels, enable real-time personalization, and support global data governance and compliance.
  5. Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management
  • significant exposure to Enterprise SaaS products
  • Proven success leading enterprise-grade or platform products
  • Direct experience supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong intuition for what drives enterprise purchasing decisions
  • Hands-on experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on enterprise deals
  • Comfortable discussing system architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, data flows, and security standards
  • Experience working on products with complex data infrastructure, distributed systems, or significant integration dependencies
  • Proven ability to influence and lead across Product, Engineering, GTM, Security, and Legal without direct authority
  • Track record of translating enterprise customer needs into clear product requirements, thoughtful tradeoffs, and scalable platform solutions
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
