Senior/lead Solution Engineer - Automotive

Salesforce is seeking a Senior/Lead Solution Engineer for the Automotive industry in Japan. The role involves understanding customer business challenges, proposing Salesforce solutions, creating and delivering demos, and developing proposals. It also includes creating sales materials, and supporting marketing activities through presentations and demonstrations. The position requires extensive experience in pre-sales, solution proposal, project management, or consulting, with a strong focus on the automotive industry and technical expertise. Fluency in Japanese and conversational English are necessary.

What you'd actually do

  1. 自動車業界のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動
  2. お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策の策定と将来を見据えた業務変革とシステム化の計画立案支援
  3. キーとなる課題に対する解決策の具体的なイメージとして、ソリューションデモの作成と実施
  4. ソリューションデザインおよび導入計画を中心とした提案書作成
  5. 各種営業マテリアルの作成

Skills

Required

  • Consulting firm, system integrator, or software company experience (5+ years)
  • Pre-sales, solution proposal, project management, or consulting experience
  • Experience proposing solutions and delivering projects to automotive industry clients
  • Technical knowledge and industry understanding
