This role focuses on designing and delivering leadership coaching initiatives and organizational development programs to strengthen leadership capability and accelerate organizational performance within Boeing. It involves individual and team coaching, scaling programs, supporting leadership frameworks, and evaluating program effectiveness.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide individual coaching to senior leaders and high-potential managers
  2. Support team coaching engagements that improve collaboration, accountability, and performance
  3. Partner with the Senior Manager to scale coaching programs across the organization
  4. Support the implementation of enterprise leadership frameworks and development strategies
  5. Support organizational effectiveness initiatives including change management, team alignment, and leadership transitions

Skills

Required

  • Professional coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, or an equivalent organization
  • 5+ years of experience in executive leadership development, executive leadership programs and/or executive coaching
  • 1+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
  • Experience designing, delivering and improving enterprise Leadership Development programs

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification
  • Experience providing leadership coaching at the executive, director, and senior manager level
  • Experience facilitating leadership offsites and team effectiveness sessions
  • Experience using leadership assessments individually and /or team development tools
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations undergoing transformation
  • Experience translating business strategy into leadership development initiatives
