What you'd actually do

  1. Own the design, delivery, and iteration of learning programs for Snowflakes across the organization, in partnership with other L&D program owners.
  2. Develop programs that build core, transferable skills including soft skills, career development, and employee effectiveness.
  3. Create scalable learning solutions such as self-serve resources, reusable content, and train-the-trainer models that enable partners and facilitators to extend reach.
  4. Partner with People Partners, Talent, and L&D colleagues to ensure a cohesive and well-scoped employee development experience.
  5. Collaborate with content designers and subject matter experts to create clear, practical learning assets.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in developing and implementing learning programs
