Senior Level Industrial Security Specialist

This role is for a Senior Industrial Security Specialist at Boeing, focusing on managing and executing internal security controls, compliance assessments, and administrative inquiries related to government and company regulations. The position requires extensive experience in personnel security, physical security, and handling classified information, particularly within SAP and SCI domains. The specialist will also be responsible for security education, program CONOPs development, and coordinating with various stakeholders, including government customers and internal teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Executes Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
  2. Identifies deficiencies, develops and implements corrective action
  3. Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
  4. Protects government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures
  5. Develops and administers security education to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or highly complex programs
