Senior Lifecycle Business Process Manager

This role focuses on optimizing and scaling business processes within Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team, emphasizing project management, process design, documentation, and implementation of new technologies into workflows. It requires strong execution skills to ensure consistent delivery of marketing programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Independently own large business operations and process initiatives end-to-end, from intake and prioritization through execution, rollout, and retrospective
  2. Define project scope, success criteria, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication plans; proactively identify risks and tradeoffs with clear recommendations to ensure timely delivery
  3. Review end-to-end Email Lifecycle Marketing workflows to detect inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and recurring patterns, transforming repetitive activities into standardized, scalable processes that boost speed, quality, and predictability
  4. Build and own a multi-quarter process optimization roadmap aligned to business priorities, including operating models, workflows, SOPs, templates, and playbooks that scale across teams and regions
  5. Pilot and validate new processes before scaling globally while accounting for regional needs, balancing speed with structure, and drive adoption through clear documentation, training, and partner engagement
