This role focuses on the operational oversight, implementation, and support of medical software in regulated healthcare environments, ensuring availability, reliability, and compliance. It involves advanced technical support, leading implementation activities, applying best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform day‑to‑day operational functions related to the technical implementation, configuration, and support of medical software products in customer clinical and internal engineering environments.
  2. Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across software, integrations, and workflows.
  3. Lead and support software implementation activities, including installation, upgrades, validation, and production support for regulated healthcare systems.
  4. Apply industry best practices for software deployment, reliability, security, and support, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer outcomes.
  5. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, clinical, quality, cybersecurity, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality solutions and documentation.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors
  • 7+ years of overall experience
  • Strong technical foundation in software systems
  • Experience supporting or implementing clinical, medical, or regulated software in healthcare environments
  • Understanding of validation, change control, and quality processes in regulated or high-reliability environments
  • Strong project coordination and execution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
