Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Logistics Program Manager for their Autonomous Airpower program. The role involves managing all phases of the program from conceptualization to completion, including acquisition, planning, and technical performance. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating logistics CDRLs, participating in engineering design concepts, and acting as the primary customer contact for Logistics/Sustainment program activities. Requires 8+ years of experience in program management and logistics administration, with technical expertise in logistics management principles. Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI, spare analysis, business rules, TMCR, IETM, and CSDB is required. The role requires eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage all phases of the program from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance to ensure quality, business, and financial objectives are attained.
  2. Develop and coordinate logistics CDRLs.
  3. Participate with engineering to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, testing, and integration.
  4. Interact with internal and external representatives at various levels concerning resolution of technical and scheduling issues. Act as primary contact for Logistics/Sustainment program issues.
  5. Influence, and coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract(s). Influence contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's, Masters or PhD in engineering or a related technical field; may substitute 5+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • 8+ years of experience managing progressively complex programs and logistics administration.
  • Technical expertise and application of logistics management principles and practice, as well as leadership skills to meet established deadlines or milestones.
  • Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI and/or spare analysis.
  • Experience with business rules, TMCR, IETM and/or CSDB.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

  • Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments, all levels of management, professional and support staff, customers, potential customers, and government representatives.
  • Experience developing solutions to problems that require coordination of technologies across program requirements.
  • Customer focused, must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment, and able to work extended hours and travel as required.
  • Experience with US military program office.
  • Government proposal experience.
