What you'd actually do

  1. As a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You'll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.
  2. Safety First: Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance
  3. Driving Operational Excellence: Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. You will take ownership of team performance, addressing shortcomings proactively and celebrating successes.
  4. Strategic Focus & Problem Solving: Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency. You will apply for a "Bias for Action," promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems. This includes identifying and analyzing problems, developing and implementing effective solutions, making timely and well-informed decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances.
