This role involves a blend of consulting, pre-sales, and delivery for an enterprise AI platform focused on process intelligence. The Senior Management & Technology Consultant will partner with sales teams to identify and frame business value, govern the execution of AI and process-mining implementations, and drive account growth by embedding the platform. Key responsibilities include translating business needs into AI use cases, building business cases and demos, deploying solutions leveraging Python and generative AI, and ensuring ROI for customers. The role requires strong AI and analytical skills, with a focus on generative AI techniques like RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify & Frame Value (Win Accounts): Work closely with the Sales team to define the account strategy and pitch corporate prospects. Translate high-level business needs across key sectors (Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain) into critical AI and process-mining use cases, building the tailored business cases, technical demos, and Proof-of-Value projects needed to win new accounts.
  2. Realize Value (Execute & Deliver Impact): Govern and drive the execution of the business-critical implementation plan defined in the framing stage. Collaborate directly with delivery teams and the customer’s in-house services to ensure solutions (leveraging SaaS, Python, or generative AI) are effectively deployed, tracking and unlocking maximum operational value and ROI for senior leadership.
  3. Scale Value (Grow Accounts): Drive account growth, adoption, and renewals by embedding Celonis as a strategic transformation platform. Oversee multidisciplinary account teams to manage project scopes and timelines, aligning continuously with Sales to identify expansion roadmaps and effectively communicate results directly to C-level executives. Ensure CIO and C-level business alignment and sponsorship.

Skills

Required

  • Native-level Spanish proficiency
  • +4 years of experience leading technical pre-sales, delivery projects
  • defining AI roadmaps

  • Domain/Industry Expertise (Supply Chain, Finance)
  • Fundamentals of data scientist
  • understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning
  • Knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
  • SQL is a must
  • Experience in identifying and projecting value use cases and operative impact for business improvement
  • Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations and timelines
  • Excellence in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders and c-level
