Senior Manager

Visa Visa · Fintech · Atlanta, GA

This is a sales role focused on driving revenue and adoption of the Featurespace ARIC Risk Hub platform, which is described as an AI-driven partner for fraud prevention and risk decisioning within financial institutions. The role involves consultative sales, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating with internal Visa teams. While the platform is AI/ML-driven, the role itself is in sales, not in building or researching AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute the issuer go‑to‑market strategy for Featurespace across North America.
  2. Drive new logo wins and platform expansions for Featurespace ARIC solutions within issuing banks, credit unions, and fintech issuers.
  3. Build and manage a robust issuer pipeline, from early-stage qualification through contract execution and close.
  4. Lead complex, multi-year enterprise sales cycles, including C‑level and senior risk, fraud, and technology stakeholders.
  5. Position Featurespace as a strategic platform (not point solution), articulating value across fraud prevention, scam detection, AML, and real-time decisioning.
