What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the development and implementation of acceptance and merchant strategies to expand electronic payment penetration, increase Merchant Sales Volume (MSV), and grow incremental processing volume on VisaNet.
  2. Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned acquiring and merchant accounts, ensuring alignment between client business priorities and Visa’s strategic objectives. Oversee strategic planning and execution of initiatives to achieve Visa Malaysia’s business and revenue targets.
  3. Identify new opportunities and underpenetrated segments for growth, fostering collaboration to expand acceptance locations and drive both domestic and cross-border segments.
  4. Ensure in-market acceptance fund goals are met in a cost-effective and timely manner, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  5. Provide insights and input to cross-functional teams regarding new and evolving products and services that may impact clients, including Visa rules, compliance, integrated billings, and transactions.
