What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and execute analytical initiatives from start to finish, including data collection and manipulation, analysis and modeling, and the communication of insights and recommendations.
  2. Build scalable and complex supply chain models and processes to develop forecasting, inventory management & supply chain network strategies with the goal of growing sellers, SKUs, inventory health for WFS, and delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving operating cost and service targets.
  3. Develop strong relationships & partner with functional areas like product, data science, engineering, business operations, supply chain, category managers to drive initiatives.
  4. Build and lead a team to execute on business area or category objectives. Coach and mentor less experienced associates and managers. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by training; mentoring; assigning duties; and establishing performance expectations.
  5. Own complex projects end-to-end for a business area. Develop data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area or category to drive business results and value. Collaborate with project team to implement modeling solutions.
