What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute strategy to drive incremental traffic to the right items across the site
  2. Identify high-impact levers to improve item visibility and conversion
  3. Partner with brand owners to drive success of Priority brands on our platform
  4. Define and standardize KPIs to measure site activation effectiveness (traffic, impression share, conversion, lift)
  5. Analyze item/PT/Brand & Category -level performance to identify traffic gaps

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Nice to have

  • Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
