What you'd actually do

  1. Setting strategic direction on corporate initiatives related to business technology capabilities (products) and evolves work processes to leverage automation for an enhanced Walmart customer experience.
  2. Driving visibility to business performance by defining KPIs, and how they will be measured and monitored for broad utilization across large groups of stakeholders.
  3. Providing data-driven insights and analysis to influence the development and deployment of business strategies.
  4. Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders by partnering with various internal teams to unify business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and scale best practice & governance across the organization.
  5. Communicating effectively to achieve leadership support and influence large groups of cross-functional stakeholders.
