Senior Marketing Manager for Visa's Affluent Marketing initiatives in Europe, focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies for affluent product segments to drive revenue and consumer engagement. This role involves close collaboration with Product teams and cross-functional marketing functions to deliver high-impact integrated campaigns.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with Director of EU XB & Affluent marketing as the primary marketing liaison and strategic business partner to the Product team, ensuring Affluent marketing initiatives are seamlessly aligned with product roadmaps and EU business priorities.
  2. Develop a comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategy that brings the new Infinite proposition and positioning to life for the EU affluent demographic across B2B and B2C marketing.
  3. Drive end-to-end Integrated Marketing program management for EU affluent initiatives, helping to bridge across Global, Region and EU Clusters to drive compelling Affluent marketing execution in Europe.
  4. Leverage data-driven insights to translate analytics into marketing plans that can influence Affluent consumer behaviour, including ability to collaborate with Product team, Corporate Comms, B2B2C Marketing and Sponsorships to deliver a framework that supports Benefits & Experiences.

Skills

Required

  • Marketing experience, with a proven track record in affluent, luxury, or premium financial services marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and successfully scaling campaigns across multiple EU countries.
  • Experience dealing with Product go-to-market, understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and ability to translate that into a Marketing roadmap.
  • Deep expertise in building integrated marketing campaigns that bridge multiple channels and disciplines.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another major European language is highly desirable.
