This role is for a Senior Manager focused on identifying and driving transformation improvements within Capital One's global servicing footprint. The primary focus is on leveraging technology and process improvements to enhance customer service operations. While the role involves understanding and harnessing evolving technology, it does not require direct technical skills in AI/ML development. The manager will lead a team, develop strategic roadmaps, and work with various departments to improve agent tools and customer servicing. The role emphasizes leadership, tech fluency (understanding technology's business impact), curiosity, results focus, communication, analytical skills, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.

What you'd actually do

  1. The ability to identify and drive transformation improvements across our US Card Servicing footprint.
  2. Lead the development of strategic roadmaps to harness platform capabilities for a global operational workforce
  3. Demonstrate leadership by leading a team of ~3-5 associates across multiple job families including process and OSS.
  4. Work with analyst and product teams to leverage data and technology to improve the tools our agents use to service customers
  5. Strengthen the analytical and critical thinking skills of a team to unlock the solutions that will transform the Card servicing ecosystem
