Required

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years in software engineering
  • 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams

  • Ability to weigh architecture and evaluation trade-offs in ML or systems software
  • Steadiness in a young program, where much is still yours to define
