Uber is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Development in US & Canada Airports. This role focuses on deepening partnerships, negotiating airport agreements, and managing a portfolio of airports. The position involves leading a team of three, developing strategies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the airport transportation ecosystem. Experience in business development, complex deal negotiation, and industry expertise in airports/aviation is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor and coach a team of three Airports business development managers, each overseeing regional large airport portfolios
  2. Own a regional portfolio of airports and set the short, medium and long-term partnership roadmap at the individual airport level, taking into account each individual airport’s unique challenges and opportunities
  3. Develop relationships with airport leaders; turn industry challenges into thought leadership and product development opportunities
  4. Partner with airports to negotiate agreement terms and partnership initiatives that enable world-class experiences for riders and earners and support Uber’s business growth.
  5. Develop and execute mitigation efforts facing operational threats and challenges across a regional portfolio that includes some of the busiest airports in North America.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in business development
  • Bachelor's Degree
