Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager for their Alliances & Channels team, focusing on partner-led growth within the TMT HRE segment. This role involves revenue influence, segment strategy, strategic partner engagement, and player-coach leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in alliances, sales, strategy, and business development, with a working knowledge of Salesforce technologies and cloud markets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the NNAOV responsibility of the TMT HRE segment
  2. Define and operationalize the common growth threads across CME, Hi Tech, HRE and Pub sec. Identify and activate whitespace opportunities in collaboration with Industry PSMs
  3. Engage with the respective industry leads of the large 4 consulting partners
  4. Align with the key segment S&D stakeholders on priorities and value drivers
  5. Operate in a hands-on manner while enabling and mentoring Industry PSMs.

Skills

Required

  • 15-18 years of experience across alliances, sales, strategy and business development
  • Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new initiatives
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce technology and SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets

Nice to have

  • People management experience is a plus
  • Experience working with multiple teams driving outcomes in a collaborative manner
