We are looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics Platform to lead and scale our Analytics Platform team. In this role, you will own WHOOP's analytics tooling stack — building a strong foundation of reliable, well-modeled data that powers decisions across the organization. You will serve as the connective tissue between our Analytics and Data Platform Engineering teams, ensuring alignment on architecture, tooling, and data availability. As a leader, you will hire and develop a high-performing team while staying close to the technical work and driving adoption of modern data practices including semantic modeling and AI-ready data infrastructure.

_The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000 - $245,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. _
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
