Senior Manager, HR Advisors leads a team of specialized HR professionals providing HR guidance, employee relations support, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Drives strategic initiatives, develops advisor capabilities, and implements data-driven improvements to foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include team leadership, HR strategy, case management oversight, performance and quality assurance, compliance, risk management, and analytics for continuous improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR advisors who serve as subject matter experts on workplace matters.
  2. Develop and implement consistent approaches to complex employee relations cases.
  3. Review complex employee relations cases, providing escalation support for issues involving attendance, conduct, and performance.
  4. Establish quality standards for case management and documentation.
  5. Ensure advisor guidance complies with labor laws and organizational policies.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • 5+ years experience directly managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
