  1. Lead complex, cross‑functional automation initiatives using strong project management discipline—clear milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies—to ensure automation and labor changes land on time and as intended
  2. Translate validated business problems, store needs, value drivers, and dependencies into clear, outcome‑based requirements for Automation Capabilities and Design teams.
  3. Support delivery of committed store labor and operational benefits by ensuring automation initiatives are properly valued, scoped, and enabled
  4. Contribute to valuation, prioritization, and sequencing of sortation work tied to store benefit
  5. Leverage AI‑enabled analytics (Python, SQL, Dataiku, Copilot) to forecast benefit, run scenarios, and proactively surface risks.
