  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of lifecycle marketers—setting clear expectations, enabling strong prioritization, and driving high-quality execution
  3. Build and maintain a roadmap and prioritization framework that balances business impact, scalability, and customer experience
  4. Scale impact through automation and technology improvements; apply performance insights and predictive/ML models to optimize audiences, content, and timing, and to identify new opportunities
  5. Establish success indicators and reporting with Analytics, including engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact; communicate results and recommendations to senior partners
