What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary liaison between Marqeta and existing bank issuing partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships, and regularly communicating to understand needs and drive program performance (Relationship Management).
  2. Collaborate with bank partners and internal product development teams to launch new products and features that meet market and client demands (Product launch and Development).
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the company and its programs are fully compliant with bank requirements (Program oversight and compliance).
  4. Lead the negotiation and management of contracts to ensure favorable terms, minimize risk, and optimize financial terms (Contractual Oversight & Negotiations and Economic Optimization).
  5. Oversee day-to-day operational responsibilities like invoice validation, audit coordination, and customer service/regulatory escalations, while establishing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on bank partnership performance (Operational support and Analytics).
