Senior Manager role focused on business analysis and insights for tax, withholdings, and garnishments within Walmart's Spark Driver Earnings team. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Tax, Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to evaluate and improve end‑to‑end earnings and withholding processes.
  2. Lead current‑state and future‑state assessments focused on 1099 reporting, statutory withholding, and regulatory earnings impacts.
  3. Own the business intake, prioritization, delivery, and stabilization of systems and automation supporting earnings compliance.
  4. Define clear, audit‑ready business requirements (BRDs/PRDs), including controls, data needs, and acceptance criteria.
  5. Manage and prioritize work based on regulatory urgency, compliance risk, business value, and delivery capacity.

  • Experience delivering business analysis and insights in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Strong ability to evaluate financial, tax, and operational performance and recommend compliant, data-backed solutions
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Tax, Operations, and Technology
  • Experience translating statutory and regulatory requirements into business and system needs
  • Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area
  • 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
