NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Operations with deep expertise in data center service & logistics to lead end-to-end customer operational performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive alignment to prevent customer-impacting issues. The role requires strong analytical skills, proven ability to influence without authority, and experience defining and using KPIs for executive decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end view of customer operational performance, incorporating inputs across RMA, service logistics, sparing, product integrity, and customer experience
  2. Ensure customer deployments and repairs are tracked, serviced, and accomplished with operational
  3. Partner with cross functional teams to identify and drive operational optimization opportunities
  4. Anticipate customer impacts by integrating leading indicators across reliability, sparing, logistics, and early quality signals
  5. Synthesize operational data into clear, actionable insights with a deep understanding of customer-specific risks and dependencies

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical capability to connect disparate data sets and identify systemic risks
  • Hands-on approach and ability to communicate clearly and confidently at the executive level

  • Direct experience in hyperscale RMA service & logistics, encompassing logistics optimization, sparing approaches, service-level requirements, and uptime expectations
  • Proven track record to influence without authority
