Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Value Services to act as a trusted value advisor for their Global Public Sector, Education, and NGO customers. This role will bridge the gap between Salesforce capabilities and customer business outcomes by quantifying value, articulating ROI, and enabling account teams. Responsibilities include leading value discovery workshops, building quantified business cases, crafting strategic value messaging, and enabling sales teams on value-selling best practices. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or sales engineering, with strong analytical and financial modeling skills, and deep understanding of public sector environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead value discovery workshops with customers to identify business goals, pain points, and success metrics
  2. Build quantified business cases using a combination of tools demonstrating ROI, TCO advantages, and financial impact
  3. Create compelling value maps that connect organizational goals to Salesforce capabilities and measurable outcomes
  4. Translate technical solutions into business value narratives that resonate with C-suite executives and budget decision-makers
  5. Collaborate with account teams to craft value-infused proposals and executive presentations
