Senior Manager, Business Value Services

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Value Services to drive value-selling effectiveness within their Data Foundation operating unit. This role involves training and supporting global teams, creating proposal assets, designing commercial offerings, and advising on strategic customer pursuits. The position requires fluency in French and English, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, and experience in consultative customer-facing roles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Train and support global BVS teams on MuleSoft and Informatica value drivers; coach the broader DF field on business value best practices and proposal excellence.
  2. Create and promote DF proposal assets — including templates, models, and benchmarks — to improve consistency and quality at scale.
  3. Design and launch new DF commercial offerings and go-to-market approaches, such as consumption-based license frameworks, to drive sales growth.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor on our largest, most strategic DF license pursuits; engage directly with customer executive teams to articulate the strategic and financial impact of our platform and support negotiations.
