Senior Manager for Netflix's Consumer Products team in Korea, responsible for overseeing and growing the business from licensing to retail, developing commercial strategies, and leading a team. This role focuses on amplifying member joy and brand affinity through off-screen product interactions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and lead the Consumer Products business for Korea from licensing to retail and across all categories, strategically aligned with APAC and global priorities.
  2. Grow the local business by building sharp business strategy, identifying opportunities, developing new partnerships w/ licensee and retailers, sustaining growth with existing partners and continuously assessing priorities and business performances.
  3. Develop commercial go-to-market plans for global franchises as well as local priority titles in partnership with internal teams and partners (licensee & retailers).
  4. Work cross-functionally with multiple teams from Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Ads, Publicity, MSD, PDC, and Legal to ensure holistic execution and alignment.
  5. Manage and develop a team of licensing and retail management by keeping everyone motivated and thereby drive constant business growth.
