Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A for their EMEA team in Amsterdam. This role will partner with regional leadership to provide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making support for G&A teams. Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly reporting, translating financial data into actionable insights, leading regional planning cycles, defining and executing the regional reporting roadmap, and partnering with global data and systems teams to automate reporting. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of FP&A experience, strong financial modeling skills, and experience working with senior stakeholders. Familiarity with AI tooling is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Regional FP&A Lead to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, providing leadership with clear visibility into financial performance.
  2. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, highlighting contribution margins, key drivers, and material variances.
  3. Surface regional risks and opportunities to the Regional CFO and global stakeholders to inform prioritization and long-term planning.
  4. Provide localized insights on headcount, people costs, and operating expenses to support informed decision-making.
  5. Lead regional planning cycles, ensuring forecasts are aligned with corporate timelines and integrated into global planning.

Skills

Required

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience in FP&A
  • Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and delivering actionable recommendations based on the analysis
  • Prior experience helping business leaders drive strategy & execution
  • Superior proficiency in Excel and complex financial modeling
  • Prior experience working with or presenting analysis to senior stakeholders and/or leadership teams
  • Motivated and disciplined to work effectively and autonomously
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with others, with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Comfort working with evolving priorities and changing business needs, while maintaining focus on outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Nice to have

  • Prior media/entertainment/marketing is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with relevant AI tooling and evolving best practices
  • Sound working knowledge of related accounting policies preferred
  • An MBA is a plus but not required
