This role is for a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy in EMEA for Adobe. What you'd actually do

  1. Play a leading role in establishing Adobe Corporate Strategy team's presence in EMEA, owning high-priority projects and driving initiatives to accelerate Adobe's long-term growth in a key international market
  2. Lead complex, ambiguous strategic initiatives end-to-end, from structuring the problem and conducting analysis through to developing recommendations and driving executive alignment
  3. Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across business units, acting as a trusted thought partner to regional and global leadership

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility
  • 2+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
  • Project/case experience in Consumer Tech or Enterprise SaaS, i.e., demonstrated understanding of software industry, digital marketing or digital media highly desired
  • Industry experience in Technology preferred but not required, e.g., 2+ years of experience in a Senior role at a Major Tech Company (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce, Spotify, Adyen, Klarna, Revolut)
  • Top-tier Undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred)
  • Intellectual curiosity, deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends and long-term horizon
  • Ability to build ‘outside-in’ POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations
  • Structured thinker with ability to break down big, hairy problems into discrete elements
  • Hypothesis led problem solver with executive presence
  • Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
