Senior Manager of Software Development to lead engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and operating software systems that support OCI data center hardware operations. This leader will own teams building scalable cloud services, workflow platforms, analytics capabilities, integrations, and user experiences that help data center teams execute work more efficiently and consistently.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and grow high-performing software engineering teams responsible for CHS data center support platforms.
  2. Own the delivery, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of production software services.
  3. Drive technical strategy, architecture, roadmap planning, and execution across multiple related systems.
  4. Partner with product, operations, data center support, and OCI service teams to define priorities and deliver software that improves operational efficiency.
  5. Build platforms that support task management, guided workflows, automation, inventory integrations, operational analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
