This role is for a Senior Manager, Deliver Americas Partner Management within the MedTech Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson. The primary focus is on establishing and leading the regional governance model for external logistics partners across North America and Latin America. Responsibilities include defining partner performance standards, commercial terms, operating routines, and ensuring compliance and improvement commitments are met. The role involves managing KPIs, scorecards, corrective actions, and identifying productivity opportunities within partner-managed operations. It requires collaboration with various internal departments like Procurement, Legal, Quality, and Finance, as well as external logistics providers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and implement the Americas partner governance framework, including governance tiers, meeting cadence, escalation paths, decision rights, and performance routines.
  2. Establish consistent partner management standards across North America and Latin America while allowing appropriate flexibility for local market, regulatory, and site-specific requirements.
  3. Lead regional partner segmentation based on operational criticality, spend, service risk, complexity, strategic relevance, and business impact.
  4. Ensure clear role separation and ways of working across Procurement, Legal, Quality, Finance, Site Operations, S&OE, and Transformation.
  5. Translate contractual commitments into operational governance routines, measurable obligations, and performance management mechanisms.
