Senior Manager, Developer Evangelism

Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager, Developer Evangelism for the Americas region. This role will lead a team of Developer Evangelists, own developer relations strategy, and foster community engagement to inspire developers to build with Twilio products. The position requires significant experience in Developer Relations, people management, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Inspire and equip developers to build with Twilio products, ensuring an exceptional developer experience with Twilio.
  2. Be an active and authentic leader in the developer community wherever they gather online and offline.
  3. Navigate cross-functional collaboration and partner within Twilio to align with program and engagement objectives.
  4. Define and own the strategy for Developer Evangelism within the Americas region through cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management.
  5. Communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels within the North and Latin America regions and across the company.
