What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of our global eCommerce strategy, aligned with 2030 initiatives and business objectives.
  2. Analyze and help size new drivers of eCommerce growth, including performance improvements, underpenetrated verticals, and new value propositions
  3. Evaluate emerging trends, competitive threats, and partnership opportunities across eCommerce, digital payments, and adjacent sectors.
  4. Support the definition and execution of product‑level strategies across the authentication and eCommerce portfolio (e.g., Passkeys), in partnership with Product and Technology teams.
  5. Lead or support priority market acceleration and strategic initiatives with regional teams, closing learnings back into global strategy and product planning.

Skills

Required

  • 8 years of work experience with a bachelor degree or at least 6 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or at least 4 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 10 years progressive experience in eCommerce, payments, financial services, or technology.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce industry dynamics, including platform ecosystems, digital payments, and merchant and issuer needs.
  • Demonstrated success leading or supporting large scale, complex strategic programs across global and matrixed organizations.
  • Strong product and business acumen
  • Experience partnering with product and technology teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Able to synthesize complex information and drive actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive‑ready materials.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
