What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies supporting Legal, Privacy, Finance, Cybersecurity, and IT programs. Partner closely across the Employee Communications team to ensure connection and alignment.
  2. Serve as a trusted communications partner and advisor to senior leaders including the Chief Information Officer, Chief Security Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer.
  3. Work as a close partner across our communications ecosystem, including regional communications, executive communications, and public relations.
  4. Anticipate reputational, cultural, and employee trust implications of sensitive topics and guide messaging accordingly.
  5. Own the development and execution of communications plans, and transform complex technical information into clear, actionable communications.

Skills

Required

  • 8–10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex, nuanced issues.
  • Experience advising executive leaders at senior levels.
  • Excellent judgment in high-risk, confidential situations.
  • Experience with crisis communications and incident response.
