Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Enablement CoE Lead in Tokyo, Japan. This role will lead a team focused on corporate enablement, driving global and Japanese business strategies through three main areas: Global Program localization, Learning Platform evolution, and Tech & Ops for data-driven enablement. The position requires strong people management, project management, stakeholder management, and localization skills, with a need for English proficiency to collaborate with global teams. The role is responsible for planning learning strategies, optimizing operations, and managing cross-functional projects and events to maximize business impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Localization: this position requires high awareness of global new trends, company policies, and on-site needs, and the ability to quickly localize them in a way that is optimal for Japan.
  2. Stakeholder Management: communication and negotiation skills are required to involve global/local executives, field leaders, and various related departments to find common ground.
  3. Project Management: manage multiple projects concurrently, determine the direction of each project, design projects based on overall schedule, support execution, manage risks, and control quality.
  4. Event Management: lead the planning and execution of company-wide events in collaboration with related departments and vendors.
  5. Learning Strategy Planning: devise learning strategies utilizing new technologies and company products, consider and verify implementation methods on the platform, and drive realization. Also, plan and consider mechanisms and initiatives to accumulate, circulate, and utilize internal practical knowledge, and promote the use of the Learning Platform.
