Senior Manager, Enablement Gtm Programs

This role is for a Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement leading the GTM Programs team at Vanta. The primary focus is on owning the strategy and execution of go-to-market programs that equip revenue teams to drive growth and improve performance. While the role is not directly building AI models, it emphasizes using AI tools to enhance enablement efforts and improve efficiency and impact within the GTM organization. The company is exploring the application of AI in its enablement programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the GTM Programs team, managing a team of enablement program managers to design and deliver scalable, high-impact programs across the full go-to-market organization
  2. Partner with Sales, Post-sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships leadership to identify enablement needs, prioritize programs, and measure impact
  3. Own the strategy, design, and execution of key GTM initiatives including onboarding, continuous learning, product launches, and sales plays
  4. Build and maintain a robust enablement calendar, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective program delivery
  5. Define and track key performance indicators for enablement programs, using data to continuously iterate and improve

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy
  • at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record designing and scaling enablement programs across large, multi-segment GTM organizations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using enablement metrics and analytics to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading executive-level presentations and cross-functional workshops
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams of enablement program managers or GTM professionals
