Vanta is seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering Recruiting to lead a team of technical recruiters. This role involves developing talent strategies, building pipelines, and ensuring successful hiring outcomes to support the company's growth and product roadmap. The position requires strong leadership, strategic vision, operational discipline, and partnership with engineering leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and refine recruiting strategies for complex engineering roles, leveraging market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights.
  2. Partner closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional partners to translate business priorities into hiring strategies and evolve the interview process.
  3. Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters responsible for full-cycle hiring across engineering.
  4. Own funnel health using data to improve processes, systems, and pipelines.
  5. Own hiring outcomes and drive consistent delivery against goals.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing recruiting teams
  • Full-cycle technical recruiting expertise
  • Experience building and developing high-performing recruiting teams
  • Strong understanding of technical talent markets
