Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success to lead a team of Customer Success Managers in Japan. This role focuses on driving customer value, adoption, retention, and growth for enterprise clients, primarily in the AEC industry. The position requires a player-coach leader with strong people management, strategic account management, and executive stakeholder engagement skills. Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Support, etc.) and global counterparts is essential. Experience in SaaS, AEC industry, or digital transformation is preferred.

  1. Hire, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers
  2. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer obsession
  3. Drive adoption of Customer Success best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  4. Support team members in developing customer engagement strategies and success plans
  5. Create an environment where customer outcomes and business impact are at the center of decision-making
