Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales Engineering

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Manager for their Enterprise Sales Engineering team to manage a team of 6-8 Sales Engineers. This role focuses on achieving technical wins with clients, driving revenue growth, and partnering with various internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent technical and communication skills, experienced in SaaS platforms, databases, cloud warehouses, and APIs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Implement and optimize strategies to maximize revenue growth
  2. Ensure that direct reports are providing timely and accurate technical leadership in the sales process
  3. Coach your team members to maximize performance and prepare them for future roles
  4. Affirm team is documenting opportunities to drive prospect engagements and communicate with in the team
  5. Be driven by data and affirm that we are capturing data for continuous forecast improvement

  • Experience in Enterprise Sales Engineering as a Manager or Senior/Lead Sales Engineer for a SaaS platform
