Senior Manager role focused on driving large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, defining how the global enterprise business evolves, and building a "transformation muscle" within the company. What you'd actually do

  1. Own transformation planning and design, including scope definition, workstream structuring, deliverables tracking, and definition and measurement of success criteria.
  2. Drive rigorous cross-functional execution and delivery, ensuring accountability across teams while supporting and maintaining established governance frameworks.
  3. Influence and guide key business partners: Lead through influence with teams and functions outside your direct reporting line. Act as a credible thought partner to senior executives, effectively representing transformation priorities.
  4. Support program resource planning, budget, and resource management; manage third-party vendors and system-integrator partners
  5. Enable organizational learning and capability building through identification and codification of patterns, frameworks, and practices

Skills

Required

  • Engagement Manager or Project Lead-equivalent experience in strategy consulting highly preferred; alternatively, 8+ years in a high-impact internal strategy, transformation, or business operations role at a leading global company.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations from problem definition through implementation – with clear accountability for business outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication and people management skills, with the ability to drive impact through influence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation across multiple functional domains – including GTM, product, operations, and technology.

Nice to have

  • Background in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred.
  • MBA is a plus.
