This role focuses on identifying and embedding AI applications within enterprise workflows to improve speed, quality, and business performance. It involves reimagining end-to-end processes, operationalizing strategy, and driving outcomes through data-driven insights, with a strong emphasis on large-scale change and AI-powered enterprise operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Reimagine end-to-end workflows: redesign critical business processes that span organizational boundaries to deliver step-function improvements, utilizing the core tools and methodologies of continuous improvement.
  2. Operationalize strategy into execution: facilitate teams in definition of improvement goals, leveraging relevant benchmarks to set a high bar, and support implementation of improvements to achieve targeted outcomes.
  3. Identify and embed AI applications: surface high-value opportunities for AI/automation in target workflows, validate feasibility and impact, and partner with teams to implement AI-enabled improvements that increase speed, quality, and performance.
  4. Build cross-org alignment: facilitate outcome-driven Kaizen events with senior leaders and teams to align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and drive clear decisions and results. You’ll manage stakeholder engagement rhythm and partnerships by resolving challenges and driving sustainment of improvements.
  5. Drive outcomes through insights: analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that enable teams to adopt reimagined workflows. Use data to identify opportunities, communicate results, and partner with teams to implement improvements.
  6. Lead change management: apply your business acumen to guide teams through end-to-end to implementation of complex, cross functionalfunctional process improvements, ensuring maintenance of clear and complete documentation.

Skills

Required

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics) OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics) OR equivalent experience.
  • Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications.
