  4. Develop and grow the technical capabilities of the team through coaching, knowledge sharing, technical reviews, targeted development plans, and clear expectations for skill progression.
  5. Maintain enough hands-on technical depth to review solution approaches, ask probing design and supportability questions, assess technical risk, and ensure work meets standards for quality, maintainability, security, and customer impact.
